This full-time Culinary Management position offers a competitive annual base salary ranging from $73,580 to $89,830, depending on experience. The role also includes a quarterly bonus structure, merit plans, comprehensive benefits, 401K with company match, and an attractive paid time off (PTO) package. As a Culinary Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supervising and guiding the culinary team to deliver best-in-class food experiences that align with Topgolf's brand and core values.
In this role, you will lead and develop a talented culinary team, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation are consistently met. You will manage inventory, control food and labor costs within budgetary guidelines, and contribute to menu planning including special events and chef's choice selections. Your duties will also encompass standardizing recipes, maintaining kitchen equipment, and upholding sanitation and safety protocols. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of five years in culinary management, demonstrating a proven ability to inspire and develop team members while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties
- Supervise the team in providing best-in-class culinary experiences

- Monitor inventory and purchase product
- Maintain food and labor costs according to budget, with a full understanding of COGS
- Select and develop recipes to corporate approval
- Manage standardization of recipes to ensure consistent quality
- Establish presentation technique and maintain quality standards
- Plan and cost menus for special events, chef choice menus as directed
- Ensure proper equipment operation, maintenance and cleanliness
- Oversee safety and sanitation in the kitchen
