Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Take full ownership of the restaurant's financial performance
- Analyze key financial metrics to identify opportunities for increasing profitability
- Propel sales through outstanding Guest service, development of team members, and streamlined operations
- Monitor sales and labor performance to make timely adjustments as necessary
- Lead and motivate your team to surpass Guest expectations with friendly, accurate, and swift service in a clean environment
- Manage the Guest experience proactively, addressing and resolving issues promptly
- Analyze Guest feedback to uncover root causes and craft effective action plans for continuous improvement
