Job Requirements

  • 4 plus years kitchen management experience
  • 5 plus years cooking experience
  • College degree or certification in culinary field or hospitality field preferred
  • Good working knowledge of sanitation standards and proper preparation and presentation of food and beverage
  • Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and train a diverse workforce
  • Willingness to set a high standard in the kitchen through leading by example
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates in humid and or extreme temperatures

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of kitchen management experience
  • At least 5 years of professional cooking experience
  • College degree or certification in culinary arts or hospitality management preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food sanitation standards and proper food preparation techniques
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse culinary team
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members
  • Demonstrated capability to innovate and maintain high culinary standards
  • Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
