Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 100 pounds
  • Willingness to work extended hours as needed
  • Ability to work in humid or extreme temperature conditions
  • Proven track record of culinary excellence
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or certification in culinary field or hospitality field preferred
  • 4+ years kitchen management experience
  • 5+ years cooking experience
  • Good working knowledge of sanitation standards and proper food preparation and presentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
  • Proven leadership skills to train and develop a diverse workforce
  • Ability to understand and achieve financial targets

Job Duties

  • Oversee all culinary operations across multiple dining outlets
  • Lead menu development and innovation to create diverse and creative offerings
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation
  • Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure consistent performance and development
  • Monitor sanitation and food safety compliance to meet regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with management to achieve financial goals, including food cost control
  • Engage with guests to enhance the dining experience and address feedback
