Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 100 pounds

Job Qualifications
- College degree or certification in culinary field or hospitality field preferred
- 4+ years kitchen management experience
- 5+ years cooking experience
- Good working knowledge of sanitation standards and proper food preparation and presentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
- Proven leadership skills to train and develop a diverse workforce
- Ability to understand and achieve financial targets
Job Duties
- Oversee all culinary operations across multiple dining outlets
- Lead menu development and innovation to create diverse and creative offerings
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation
- Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure consistent performance and development
- Monitor sanitation and food safety compliance to meet regulatory standards
- Collaborate with management to achieve financial goals, including food cost control
- Engage with guests to enhance the dining experience and address feedback
