At The Ritz-Carlton Boston, employees are part of a rich culture that values diversity, creativity, and compassion, fostering an environment where associates can thrive and reach their full potential.

This is a temporary, full-time non-management position lasting until the end of December 2026. The hourly wage is set at $31.20, reflecting the value placed on skilled hospitality professionals who contribute to the impeccable guest experience. In addition to managing individual reservations, candidates will also oversee group bookings, maintaining accuracy in room blocks, revising allocations as necessary, and setting up billing accounts in accordance with accounting policies.

The role requires adeptness in using reservation systems to input and access data, respond effectively to guest challenges, and communicate information regarding VIP reservations. The position also emphasizes teamwork and compliance with company standards, including confidentiality, proper appearance, and courteous guest interaction. Employees will be expected to develop positive working relationships, adhere to quality assurance standards, support common goals, and respond appropriately to coworker concerns. Physical demands are minimal but include handling items up to 10 pounds. This role also allows opportunity for growth within the luxury hospitality industry by embodying The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards, which serve as the foundation of their service philosophy. These include the Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values, guiding team members to provide gracious, thoughtful service daily while inspiring pride in their work and colleagues.

This global connection offers access to world-class training, career development, and a dynamic team environment that values each individual's unique background, talents, and experiences. Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcomed and respected.
