Established as a leader in the insurance sector, FM Global dedicates its capital, scientific research capabilities, and engineering expertise exclusively to protecting property and supporting business continuity. The company operates on a mutual model, partnering with its policyholder-owners who share the conviction that the majority of property loss is preventable. These policyholders include some of the world’s largest organizations, notably encompassing one out of every four Fortune 500 companies. FM Global collaborates closely with these organizations to help them understand and mitigate risks, blending preventive strategies with tailored insurance protection to safeguard their assets effectively. This distinct approach has firmly positioned FM Global as a trusted insurance provider committed to reducing property-related risks and fostering resilience in complex operational environments.

The Executive Receptionist role at FM Global is a high-profile, full-time position based in their Boston South Station office. This vital role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing critical support to the company’s leadership operations. The Executive Receptionist serves as the first point of contact and a polished representative of FM Global, managing interactions with executives, board members, and visitors with the utmost discretion and professionalism. This individual supports a large corporate office spanning 56,000 square feet across two floors with around 125 employees, closely assisting 8 to 10 executive team members and senior leaders. The position is inherently diverse, combining front office management, executive support, office operations, and event coordination.

With responsibilities including managing complex scheduling, coordinating board meetings, overseeing visitor access, and supporting high-visibility initiatives, the Executive Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and enhancing the overall office experience. Attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and executive presence are essential to successfully navigate this role. The individual also partners with workplace operations and executive assistants, contributing to a professional and highly responsive working environment. The role offers a salary range between $26.71 and $38.39 per hour, with the final salary determined by location, education, skills, and experience. In addition to competitive pay, FM Global offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program featuring an incentive plan, various insurance options, well-being programs, 401(k) and pension plans, career development, tuition reimbursement, flexible work schedules, and paid time off. FM Global is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
