  • Ability to manage detailed travel itineraries and staff schedules

  • Willingness to work in-person with some travel and occasional weekend or holiday flexibility

Job Duties

  • Manage complex calendars for the executive couple
  • Coordinate and book domestic and international travel with luxury concierge standards
  • Liaise daily with nannies, drivers, and other household staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Oversee household errands including ordering supplies and managing pet care
  • Maintain and organize staff schedules and household documents including spreadsheets
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Be available for some travel and occasional weekend or holiday flexibility
