Job Requirements
- College degree
- Minimum several years of relevant experience in New York City
- Proven track record as a right-hand person to families or executives
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to manage detailed travel itineraries and staff schedules
- Discreet and reliable personality
- Willingness to work in-person with some travel and occasional weekend or holiday flexibility
Job Qualifications

- Several years of experience supporting private households or executives
- Proficient organizational and administrative skills
- Strong familiarity with scheduling and travel planning
- Ability to handle confidential matters discreetly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine affinity for dogs
Job Duties
- Manage complex calendars for the executive couple
- Coordinate and book domestic and international travel with luxury concierge standards
- Liaise daily with nannies, drivers, and other household staff to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee household errands including ordering supplies and managing pet care
- Maintain and organize staff schedules and household documents including spreadsheets
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Be available for some travel and occasional weekend or holiday flexibility
