We are currently seeking a highly skilled and visionary Executive Pastry Chef to join our Central Bakery & Pastry Kitchen team at Caesars Palace. This pivotal role requires a seasoned pastry professional with a proven track record in leading high-end pastry kitchens in luxury, high-volume settings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fine dining pastry, bakery, and viennoiserie operations, bringing creativity, precision, and operational excellence to the bakery program. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the culinary prestige of Caesars Palace by overseeing the production of 2,000-2,500 exquisite pastry and bakery items daily, supporting esteemed outlets such as Dominique Ansel Bakery within Caesars Palace and Dominique Ansel Marche at Paris Las Vegas, as well as VIP amenities.

The Executive Pastry Chef will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of 6 chefs and 23 bakers and patissiers, fostering a culture of excellence, coaching, mentoring, and professional development. This role demands expertise in seasonal product development, menu innovation, and the ability to stay ahead of current trends in the pastry industry. The candidate must excel in managing all operational aspects including labor, scheduling, inventory, food costs, and quality assurance. Strong collaborative skills are essential as the Executive Pastry Chef will partner with culinary and front-of-house leadership to deliver a world-class guest experience consistently.

A culinary degree or formal apprenticeship is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as Serve Safe and Nevada Food Handlers' Certification. Minimum requirements include at least five years of pastry leadership experience and three to five years in a comparable Executive Pastry Chef role. Job Duties
