Job Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years in a leadership role within the pastry department of a highly regarded hotel or comparable establishment
- Possess extensive technical expertise in pastry arts with a strong understanding of current culinary trends and innovations
- An open and flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- Must have valid US work authorization

Job Duties

- Monitor and evaluate pastry operations through regular quality checks to ensure consistency efficiency and an exceptional guest experience
