Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional pastry training
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a Pastry Chef with at least 2 years in an Executive or Head Pastry Chef role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong understanding of HACCP food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Job Qualifications

- In-depth knowledge of food costing inventory management and purchasing
- Strong understanding of HACCP food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- A passion for mentoring and developing talent
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of the pastry and bakery operations ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity
- Develop and execute innovative menus for à la carte tasting menus banquets and special events
- Create stunning desserts pastries breads chocolates and other confections
- Manage and mentor a team of pastry cooks and bakers fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Control food costs manage inventory and ensure efficient ordering and waste reduction
- Maintain strict adherence to all health safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with Executive Chefs and other culinary leaders to ensure cohesive menu offerings
