Job Duties
- manage pastry team, including mentorship and development
- oversee daily pastry production in the commissary kitchen
- work with the Culinary Director on R and D, streamlining operations, and ensuring quality is met
- implement, train, and delegate new menu items, new recipes, and tasks to the team
