The role of Executive Meeting Sales Manager at Hilton is pivotal to driving group sales operations while spreading the warmth of genuine hospitality. This position is focused on managing and selling group bookings typically consisting of 10 to 40 guest rooms during peak times, with or without associated meeting space. The Executive Meeting Sales Manager is responsible not only for generating new business through proactive outreach and strategic lead qualification but also for nurturing and growing existing client relationships to maximize profitability. Key responsibilities include the development of targeted sales strategies based on insightful market analysis, the management of the complete sales lifecycle from proposal preparation and site visits to contract negotiation, and ensuring meticulous booking coordination involving rooms, food and beverage, and meeting arrangements.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality sales or relevant field
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
  • flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • willingness to travel as necessary
