The individual in this position must be adept at sales techniques, negotiation, and comfortable with presenting and conducting site inspections of the hotel. Creativity in planning innovative event setups and menus in collaboration with culinary teams is also a key aspect of the role. The aim is to deliver flawlessly executed events while driving profitability and client satisfaction, all within a supportive and growth-oriented work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
