Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in hotel sales, event management, or related hospitality field
- strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems such as Opera and CI/TY
- ability to build meaningful client relationships and drive repeat business
- flexible schedule including availability evenings, weekends, and holidays
- demonstrated alignment with Hotel Drover's core values

- familiarity with Fort Worth market and DFW region preferred
Job Duties
- Proactively solicit, negotiate, and book corporate and social group business within a short-term booking window
- develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, local organizations, and industry partners
- manage all aspects of group bookings including room blocks, event detailing, contracts, and billing coordination
- create customized, on-brand proposals and presentations
- conduct site tours and sales presentations
- collaborate with operations, catering, and events teams to ensure seamless execution
- monitor and achieve sales goals and revenue targets
