The Guest Service Expert role at JW Marriott New Orleans is a pivotal position within the food and beverage department, designed for individuals passionate about creating memorable dining experiences that go beyond serving food and drinks. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or g.e.d. equivalent
- less than 1 year related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds unaided and 50 pounds with assistance
- ability to reach overhead and bend as required
- no supervisory experience
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
