Flexibility to work varying shifts and the physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with event, room, or visitor management systems is preferred along with bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, to better serve the diverse clientele. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in high-end reception, concierge, or hospitality services
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal, phone, and email communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly problem solve, and manage difficult personalities while maintaining a professional and focused demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must be willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in high-end reception, concierge, or hospitality services

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome, register, check-in, and assist clients and visitors as they arrive for meetings and events within JPMorgan Chase's office space
  • Promptly assist employees by providing temporary access or badges, answering questions, and offering information as needed
  • Consistently follow all building and security procedures to ensure a healthy, safe, and secure experience for all
  • Proactively observe your surroundings, escalate issues, and communicate concerns to appropriate teams
  • Diligently meet and exceed Lobby Reception standards by delivering first-class service
  • Regularly familiarize yourself with meetings, events, and VIP visits using event and visitor management systems
  • Seamlessly collaborate with partner teams such as Global Security, Real Estate, and Technology to enhance the in-office experience
  • Efficiently manage miscellaneous tasks and projects aimed at improving the team's service standards
  • Professionally maintain a polished and welcoming lobby environment at all times
  • Reliably respond to unexpected situations with composure and resourcefulness
  • Continuously seek opportunities to elevate the client and employee experience through attentive service
