  • deep knowledge of clean eating principles dietary restrictions and allergen-friendly cooking techniques
  • strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage and motivate kitchen staff
  • excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
  • commitment to sustainability ingredient integrity and high standards of cleanliness
  • servsafe certification or relevant food safety certification

Job Duties

  • lead kitchen operations ensuring high standards of health-conscious and allergen-friendly meals
  • oversee consistent execution of menu items including recipe adherence portion control and ingredient quality
  • manage and mentor kitchen staff fostering a positive efficient work environment
  • collaborate with suppliers to source fresh seasonal sustainable ingredients and manage inventory
  • ensure strict compliance with food safety protocols kitchen hygiene and health regulations including allergen and HACCP guidelines
  • monitor food and labor costs to remain within budget while maintaining quality standards
  • conduct regular quality checks on food preparation taste and presentation to ensure brand consistency
