Job Requirements

- Deep knowledge of clean eating principles dietary restrictions and allergen-friendly cooking techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask
- Commitment to sustainability ingredient integrity and kitchen cleanliness standards
- ServSafe certification or relevant food safety certification
Job Duties
- Lead kitchen operations ensuring all food preparation and presentation meet health-conscious and allergen-friendly standards
- Oversee consistent execution of menu items including recipe adherence portion control and ingredient quality
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a positive and efficient working environment
- Collaborate with suppliers to source fresh seasonal and sustainable ingredients
- Manage inventory to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with food safety protocols kitchen hygiene and health regulations including allergen management and HACCP
- Monitor food and labor costs to remain within budget while maintaining quality standards
- Conduct regular quality checks on food preparation taste and presentation
