Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive chef, executive kitchen manager, or multi-unit BOH leader
  • strong leadership presence
  • deep understanding of kitchen systems, food cost, and labor management
  • pizza experience preferred
  • ability to operate at strategic and hands-on levels
  • organized and solutions-driven
  • passion for hospitality and team development

Job Duties

  • Oversee BOH operations across multiple locations
  • lead, coach, and develop Kitchen Managers and BOH teams
  • ensure consistency in food quality, execution, and presentation
  • drive systems, organization, and operational excellence
  • partner with leadership on menu execution, costing, and efficiencies
  • support new store openings, training, and onboarding
  • maintain high standards in cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • jump in when needed—this is a hands-on leadership role
