We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Tenaya Lodge. This leadership role involves managing a housekeeping team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and readiness of the entire resort to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Executive Housekeeper will lead by example, overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations while managing inventory, controlling expenses, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This position requires a hands-on approach, including conducting inspections and taking corrective actions when necessary. Relocation assistance and temporary housing are offered for this role to facilitate a smooth transition.

The Executive Housekeeper position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $70,304 to $88,400 annually, supplemented by an attractive bonus plan based on individual and company performance.
