Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite, located in Fish Camp, California, is a prestigious 4-diamond resort situated just outside the south entrance to Yosemite National Park. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Tenaya Lodge. This leadership role involves managing a housekeeping team responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and readiness of the entire resort to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Executive Housekeeper will lead by example, overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations while managing inventory, controlling expenses, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This position requires a hands-on approach, including conducting inspections and taking corrective actions when necessary. Relocation assistance and temporary housing are offered for this role to facilitate a smooth transition.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- At least five years of experience managing a team
- Knowledge of cleaning utensils dryers washers tools fixtures and cleaning solvents
- Knowledge of how to use material safety data sheets for cleaning solvents
- No degree required

Job Duties
- Lead and manage a team of housekeepers including hiring training scheduling and performance management
- Maintain an inventory of supplies order and distribute supplies and equipment
- Ensure that all reports orders and projects are completed
- Monitor and control expenses and payroll while ensuring proper resources are in place
- Conduct housekeeping inspections and take corrective action as needed
- Ability to drive company vehicles throughout the property
