With a rich history that has welcomed more than 3 billion guests worldwide, Hilton continues to set the standard for hospitality through its dedication to quality, innovation, and a culture that values its Team Members as much as its guests. The company operates a portfolio of world-class hotel brands, offering luxury, comfort, and memorable stays for travelers around the globe. Hilton's award-winning workplace culture is repeatedly honored on the World’s Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune, showcasing its commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and empowering environment for all employees.
Joining Hilton means becoming part of a family that not only prioritizes guest satisfaction but also invests deeply in the well-being and growth of its Team Members. Hilton’s core values—Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, and a focus on the Now—guide every aspect of its operations and relationships, creating a workplace where individuals can thrive personally and professionally.
The role of Executive Housekeeper at Hilton is essential to maintaining the high standards and reputation of the brand. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will not only oversee the daily housekeeping operations but also play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and spotless environment that enhances the overall guest experience. This position involves managing cleanliness, service, and product quality standards throughout guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices, and meeting spaces. You will coordinate housekeeping efforts to ensure rooms are cleaned promptly and efficiently, facilitating a smooth and enjoyable stay for guests.
Beyond operational management, the Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing departmental processes such as systems usage, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and enforcing policies to maximize efficiency and profitability. Conducting thorough inspections of rooms and public areas is a key part of ensuring the highest quality standards and compliance at all times.
Leadership and team development are also fundamental aspects of this role. You will inspire and support your housekeeping team by monitoring performance, providing coaching, and fostering a positive work environment that motivates individuals to deliver their best. The ability to lead with integrity and a focus on teamwork will drive not only the department’s success but will also contribute to Hilton’s continued excellence in hospitality.
Working at Hilton offers exceptional care and benefits that extend to Team Members’ lives both in and out of the workplace. With perks such as deeply discounted travel nights through the Go Hilton program, an employee stock purchase plan, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving support, and mental health resources, Hilton ensures that its employees feel valued and supported. Additional benefits include generous paid time off, comprehensive health and welfare plans, and retirement savings options designed to provide financial security for the future.
If you are passionate about hospitality and eager to make a meaningful impact through leadership and operational excellence, the Executive Housekeeper position at Hilton is an outstanding opportunity. You will be part of a company that is as dedicated to its employees as it is to its guests, where every day brings the chance to brighten someone’s day and make every stay a little more magical. Hilton invites you to join their award-winning work culture and embark on a rewarding career path in one of the world’s premier hospitality organizations.
