Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods of time
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varied environments
- Ability to lift, carry, and move supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred
- Experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Assistant Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager, or similar leadership role preferred
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, room inspections, scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cleanliness standards
- Ability to lead, train, motivate, and develop a diverse team
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
- Financial understanding of labor, supplies, budgets, and department expenses preferred
- Experience with hotel systems or housekeeping software preferred
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations for the resort
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet Hyatt cleanliness and quality standards
- Manage housekeeping leaders, supervisors, coordinators, room attendants, housepersons, and laundry colleagues
- Oversee scheduling, labor management, productivity, supplies, inventory, and department expenses
- Conduct inspections and follow up on cleanliness, maintenance, and service opportunities
- Train, coach, and develop colleagues to support service standards and team performance
- Partner with Front Office, Engineering, and Rooms leadership to support guest satisfaction and operational needs
