The role of Household Manager at DFI is a highly responsible position requiring exemplary domestic management skills, leadership capabilities, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves performing all domestic household duties, ensuring the residence is maintained to an impeccable aesthetic and functional standard while strictly upholding owner privacy. As a Household Manager, you will oversee and prioritize the work of supporting housekeepers to guarantee timely completion of all team tasks and effectively support the principals and household operations as needed. Your expertise will extend to museum-quality cleaning techniques tailored to a variety of delicate surfaces such as wood, glass, leather, antiques, priceless art, marble, silver, and brass.

You will provide direct supervision to the housekeeper, including conducting weekly check-ins, setting performance expectations, offering ongoing coaching and feedback, and leading annual performance reviews. Organizational excellence is critical, as you will meticulously manage personal products, household belongings, and supplies per instruction. You will coordinate housekeeping schedules strategically to minimize the impact on the owners’ privacy and comfort.
