Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or hotel operations management experience
- Ability to walk bend reach and lift up to 40-50 pounds
- Ability to navigate stairs corridors and back-of-house areas
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Be flexible with scheduling to meet hotel operational needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree in hospitality management preferred
- Previous housekeeping or hotel operations management experience 3-5 years preferred
- Experience supervising teams training staff and conducting inspections
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Customer service orientation with focus on guest experience
Job Duties
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms public areas laundry and back-of-house spaces
- Schedule train and mentor housekeeping staff including room attendants housemen and laundry personnel
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies linens and guest amenities and coordinate timely replenishment
- Conduct daily hourly inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to brand and company standards
- Implement and enforce safety sanitation and compliance standards across all housekeeping operations
- Respond promptly to guest complaints special requests or feedback related to housekeeping
- Ensure staff deliver personalized touches such as arranging extra amenities honoring preferences or preparing rooms for VIPs
