Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or hotel operations management experience
  • Ability to walk bend reach and lift up to 40-50 pounds
  • Ability to navigate stairs corridors and back-of-house areas
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Be flexible with scheduling to meet hotel operational needs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree in hospitality management preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or hotel operations management experience 3-5 years preferred
  • Experience supervising teams training staff and conducting inspections
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Customer service orientation with focus on guest experience

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms public areas laundry and back-of-house spaces
  • Schedule train and mentor housekeeping staff including room attendants housemen and laundry personnel
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies linens and guest amenities and coordinate timely replenishment
  • Conduct daily hourly inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to brand and company standards
  • Implement and enforce safety sanitation and compliance standards across all housekeeping operations
  • Respond promptly to guest complaints special requests or feedback related to housekeeping
  • Ensure staff deliver personalized touches such as arranging extra amenities honoring preferences or preparing rooms for VIPs
