They must exhibit strong leadership, time management, and communication skills, combined with a flexible schedule availability to cover weekends and holidays. With a proactive approach and a commitment to upholding hotel standards, this role is suited for someone ready to take ownership of the housekeeping team's success and contribute directly to the hotel's reputation for excellence.

This role offers a competitive employment opportunity with a variety of benefits including comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans, company-paid life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching. Additional perks include paid vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, referral and employee recognition programs, employee discounts, and access to on-demand pay.
