Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of gaming experience either online or in brick and mortar casinos
- At least 1 year of experience in online gaming operations
- At least 2 years of sales related experience
- Proven experience in online gaming or customer service roles
- Excellent computer skills including Excel
- Proficiency in data management tools
- Effective communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Ability to analyze player tracking and reports
- Ability to interact with diverse contacts and employees
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout US and Canada
- Ability to manage team at external high level events
- Eligibility for required licenses and permits
- Passion for sports and casino betting
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of gaming experience
- At least 1 year of experience with online gaming operations
- At least 2 years in a sales related role
- Experience in online gaming, customer service, concierge, luxury telemarketing or account management
- Excellent computer skills especially Excel
- Proficient in data management tools
- Strong communication and telephone etiquette
- Ability to review player tracking screens and reports
- Ability to communicate with external contacts and employees
- Ability to travel to events across the US and Canada
- Ability to work independently at high level events
- Licensed or ability to obtain required regulatory licenses and permits
- Passion for sports, casino or sports and casino betting
Job Duties
- Manage VIP Associates and VIP Hosts
- Train and schedule VIP team members
- Make comping decisions
- Report performance to Regional Director of Player Development
- Establish and maintain portfolio of top tier VIP accounts
- Generate incremental gaming revenue by meeting player needs
- Contribute to process and compliance initiatives
- Lead weekly updates and performance reviews
- Manage comprehensive player relationships including hospitality events and communications
- Personalize player interactions based on profiles
- Assist team with relationship development
- Promote new gaming products and platforms
- Communicate through business channels about member activities
- Utilize reporting and analysis for decisions
- Support implementation of new policies and sales programs
- Monitor customer betting behavior and bonuses
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Uphold company policies and integrity
- Handle difficult customer interactions professionally
- Manage outbound marketing initiatives and event participation
- Perform other duties as required
