Known for its innovation and commitment to wellness, the company strives to inspire joy and create memorable experiences that enhance its consumers' lifestyles globally.
10 Barrel Brewing Co., a subsidiary under the Tilray umbrella, originated in 2006 in Bend, Oregon. Founded by three friends who shared a passion for brewing and beer culture, 10 Barrel Brewing Co. has grown significantly while maintaining its core values of fun, community, and embracing life’s moments. Known for its welcoming atmosphere, the brewery encourages a culture where employees and patrons alike enjoy the company of others with a beer in hand, whether recovering from a rough morning, celebrating powder days on the slopes, or simply relaxing during a hot day with a company float.
We are currently seeking an Executive Head Chef for our 10 Barrel Pub location in Bend, OR (East side). This pivotal role is responsible for leading all culinary operations within the kitchen, including dining service, catering, and banquet events. The Executive Head Chef drives menu innovation, ensures exceptional food quality, manages cost controls, and develops the kitchen team while operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role demands hands-on leadership, strategic oversight, and a passion for culinary excellence. Candidates will be expected to uphold the highest standards of food preparation, safety, and cleanliness while managing labor costs and inventory to maximize profitability. This is a unique opportunity for culinary professionals to join a renowned lifestyle brand and make a significant impact in a thriving hospitality environment. Applicants should be prepared to work onsite in Bend, OR, with a potential for strong career growth within Tilray’s expanding beverage and lifestyle portfolio. While a culinary degree is preferred, substantial kitchen management and menu development experience are required.
