With a reputation for excellence and a passion for innovation, we operate within the luxury hospitality sector, specializing in high-end events and experiential dining programs that highlight creativity and precision.\n\nWe are currently seeking a highly driven Chef of Events & Experiences to lead all culinary execution for both on-site and off-site events in our distinguished setting. This role demands a creative, organized, and service-focused culinary leader who can champion sustainable practices while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hospitality. As the Chef of Events & Experiences, you will be responsible for directing the end-to-end culinary operations related to events, including menu development, execution, staffing, and quality control. Collaborating closely with culinary, events, and operations teams, you will deliver seamless guest experiences that emphasize elevated hospitality and impeccable presentation.\n\nYour work will involve executing high-level plated events and bespoke experiential dining programs with creativity and precision, mentoring and developing the events kitchen team through effective leadership and coaching, and managing critical operational elements such as labor scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and food cost controls. Maintaining Michelin-level standards across all aspects of quality, presentation, sanitation, and service is a critical function of your position. In addition, you will play a vital role in supporting continual improvement initiatives focused on operational systems and event execution efficiency. This position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting the expertise and high standards expected for this role within our luxury hospitality environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining establishments
- At least 2 years of culinary management experience in luxury hospitality
- Demonstrated expertise in event culinary operations and menu development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Michelin-starred and/or fine dining restaurants
- 2+ years of culinary management experience in upscale or luxury hospitality environments
- Strong background in event production, tasting menus, and high-touch guest experiences
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire culinary teams
- Highly organized, collaborative, and calm under pressure
- Passion for sustainability, seasonality, and refined hospitality
Job Duties
