This role involves overseeing operations at two growing Chick-fil-A restaurants and working closely with leadership to develop team culture and drive business success. The position offers a competitive salary starting up to $70,000 per year, with additional benefits such as paid breaks, Sundays off, a flexible schedule, scholarship opportunities, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans. The selected candidate will engage directly with the operator and VP of Operations to strategize business growth, mentor team leaders, and ensure smooth facility and maintenance operations. This role requires a candidate who is experienced with Chick-fil-A, possesses leadership skills, and demonstrates a passion for growing both the team and the business.
