The Executive Director role at Caretenders Home Health is a critical leadership position responsible for the overall administration of the home health provider. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality home health care services, and managing agency profitability. The Executive Director acts as a bridge between staff, management, and other departments, ensuring that company objectives are met effectively.
