Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of culinary experience
- A minimum of 2 years in a management position preferred
- A culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in simplifying team objectives
- Advanced knowledge of culinary principles and practices
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Duties
- Ensure culinary production aligns with established executional frameworks
- Uphold culinary standards for food preparation, presentation, and service
- Lead a culinary team to achieve excellence in food presentation
- Train and guide kitchen staff on best practice food production techniques
- Foster a collaborative environment through coaching and shared goals
- Recognize and reward employee achievements
- Conduct team meetings and daily huddles effectively
- Maintain comprehensive staff records, including training, performance, and operational checklists
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and guests
- Keep abreast of culinary trends and communicate insights to the team
- Ensure targets for food and labor delivery are met
- Focus on margin improvement by analyzing performance metrics
- Oversee the execution of culinary products in alignment with daily menus
- Maintain food quality and safety standards consistently
- Adhere to Operational Excellence by managing waste and ensuring compliance with recipes and ingredients
- Understand and apply the supply chain and procurement processes accurately
- Ensure accurate food consumption estimates for requisitions and purchases
- Monitor equipment operation and maintenance
- Comply with Aramark’s SAFE food and quality assurance standards as well as safety policies
- Adapt role and responsibilities as needed to positively impact employees and customers
