Job Requirements

  • culinary degree or equivalent culinary experience
  • previous experience in kitchen management or as an executive chef
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • availability for full-time, on-site work

Job Qualifications

  • culinary expertise in menu development, food preparation, and plating techniques
  • proven experience in kitchen management, team leadership, and staff training
  • ability to manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation practices
  • strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • previous experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a high-volume kitchen is preferred
  • a culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus

Job Duties

  • oversee all kitchen operations
  • lead kitchen staff and mentor team members
  • develop innovative menus inspired by Mediterranean and Southern cuisine
  • maintain high standards for food quality and presentation
