This leadership role requires overseeing all kitchen operations and leading a talented and motivated kitchen staff. The Executive Culinary Leader will be responsible for driving innovation in our menu development, ensuring that food quality and presentation meet the highest standards, and managing every aspect of kitchen functionality. Responsibilities will include managing inventory, controlling food costs, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, collaborating with suppliers, and mentoring kitchen staff to help them grow professionally. Job Requirements
- culinary degree or equivalent culinary experience
- previous experience in kitchen management or as an executive chef
- strong leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- availability for full-time, on-site work
Job Qualifications
- culinary expertise in menu development, food preparation, and plating techniques
- proven experience in kitchen management, team leadership, and staff training
- ability to manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain strong supplier relationships

- strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- previous experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a high-volume kitchen is preferred
- a culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus
