The role requires up to 20 percent travel to support various event venues and maintain high standards across the board.
In addition to operational responsibilities, the Executive Chef plays a key role in mentoring and training culinary teams, fostering an environment of growth, creativity, and professional development. The successful candidate will bring at least five years of executive management experience in culinary operations, with advanced knowledge of food preparation, production, and large-scale kitchen management. They will also be proficient in kitchen management systems and Microsoft Office tools, enabling efficient planning, cost control, and reporting. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or relevant experience
- minimum 5 years of executive culinary management experience
- advanced understanding of food preparation and presentation techniques
- proven track record of managing food and labor costs
- experience with kitchen management software and Microsoft Office
- excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- comprehensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to travel up to 20 percent
- must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire culinary teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
