Job Duties

  • Design the kitchen layout and operations workflow
  • create and develop the authentic Italian dinner menu
  • lead and mentor kitchen staff
  • oversee food preparation ensuring quality and consistency
  • manage kitchen inventory and supplier relationships
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
