Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant culinary experience
- Prior management experience in a culinary setting
- Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements preferred
- Ability to develop and manage budgets and labor productivity
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Effective interpersonal and leadership abilities
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in a related culinary field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Chef in a culinary environment
- Experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred
- Experience in banquet kitchens, high-volume restaurants, or fine-dining establishments preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service
Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant outlets and operations reporting to the Property Chef and Assistant Property Chef
- Lead and manage daily kitchen operations including fiscal budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, and inventory control
- Develop and execute menu strategies to drive profitability and guest satisfaction
- Represent kitchen operations in divisional, property, and corporate meetings
- Enforce policies, operating procedures, training programs, and health and sanitation standards
- Manage human resources responsibilities including coaching, hiring, training, and compliance with employment laws and collective bargaining agreements
- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and address complaints appropriately
- Collaborate with divisional directors, executive chefs, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless product delivery and quality
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage products, menu items, and kitchen equipment
