Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant chef experience
- Prior experience working under collective bargaining agreements preferred
- Experience in banquet or high-volume kitchens or luxury dining preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to uphold health and safety standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of prior relevant culinary experience as a chef
- Experience managing employees under collective bargaining agreements preferred
- Experience in banquet kitchens, high-volume restaurants, or luxury fine-dining preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Job Duties
- Oversee all restaurant outlets and kitchen operations reporting to Property Chef and Assistant Property Chef
- Lead daily kitchen operations including fiscal budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, and inventory control
- Execute policies, procedures, pricing initiatives, training programs, and menu strategies
- Maintain the highest health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in all kitchen areas
- Manage human resources responsibilities including teamwork promotion, coaching, counseling, hiring, training, and compliance with employment and legal regulations
- Interact with internal and external guests to ensure satisfaction and product quality
- Collaborate with directors and kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution of food delivery and quality standards
