Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- equivalent to a college education with a thorough knowledge of Culinary Arts
- 9 to 10 years of food preparation experience preferred
- must understand and speak the English language

Job Duties
- Manages and oversees food storage, preparation and production, and menu creation
- determines efficient use of food items
- responsible for designing and coordinating menus for all restaurant facilities and banquet facilities
- responsible for all food related costs and other cost associated with the food service operations on property
- responsible for facility maintenance with the Food and Beverage areas
- effectively manages the food service staff and ensures Red Carpet Readiness
- provides a high level of guest service and promotes a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for guests and team members
