With a strong emphasis on compliance, the role demands meticulous adherence to company policies and health department regulations, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of guests.
Additionally, the Executive Chef will be responsible for generating operational reports, analyzing trends, and making strategic recommendations to drive success. This position calls for an individual with strong financial acumen, including knowledge of P&L statements, budgeting, and inventory control.
