Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position such as chef de cuisine, head chef, executive chef
- Background in Michelin, James Beard or other acclaimed chef driven Italian concepts required
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- Creativity and a passion for working with seasonal, fresh ingredients, sourcing from local suppliers whenever possible and keeping track of new trends in the industry
- Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
- Expert knowledge and fully fluent in P&L, inventory management systems, and cost controls
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and on holidays

Job Duties
- Menu development in collaboration with leadership using only the highest quality seasonal ingredients
- Ensure all food meets top standards of quality and consistency
- Proactively manage costs and budgets utilizing the inventory systems and standard operating procedures in place
- Seek out and build on strong relationships with local purveyors to source the best product possible
- Staff management including hiring, training, and mentorship fostering a healthy progressive kitchen culture
- Ensure best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen
