Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience required
  • Experience in corporate dining, fine dining, country clubs or similar settings preferred
  • High volume production and catering experience essential
  • Previous experience managing cost controls
  • Ability to lead and inspire a culinary team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
