Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of senior culinary leadership as an executive chef in a high volume operation
  • mexican cuisine technical knowledge and passion for the region
  • spanish language capabilities a huge plus
  • excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
  • exceptional standards for cleanliness health and safety
  • expert knowledge and fully fluent in p&l managing inventory and cost controls
  • flexible schedule including weekends and on holidays

Job Duties

  • Leading a healthy and dynamic kitchen team
  • culinary admin including ordering inventory and scheduling
  • effectively manage costs and labor
  • research and development menu development and engineering
  • mentor and train the team with a hands on approach
  • ensuring that all food meets the highest standards of quality and consistency
