Job Requirements
- 3+ years of senior culinary leadership as an executive chef in a high volume operation
- mexican cuisine technical knowledge and passion for the region
- spanish language capabilities a huge plus
- excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- exceptional standards for cleanliness health and safety
- expert knowledge and fully fluent in p&l managing inventory and cost controls
