The role demands a strategic balance of culinary artistry and operational management, including managing food and labor costs to meet financial objectives. The Executive Chef will forecast sales, develop preparation lists, and create production schedules to ensure seamless kitchen performance during busy and high-volume events.

This leadership role extends beyond kitchen management to include training, mentoring, and developing a highly skilled culinary team capable of delivering top-tier guest service. The Executive Chef collaborates closely with operations leadership to guarantee flawless event execution and the delivery of unforgettable experiences for guests. The role may require up to 20 percent travel to support various events and operations.

This opportunity at Levy offers not only the chance to lead culinary operations at a renowned venue but also to be a part of a company invested in the professional and personal well-being of its employees. With a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive workplace culture, Levy presents a compelling career opportunity for executive culinary leaders who are ready to innovate, inspire, and excel within the hospitality industry.
