This role is specifically for a Pastry Chef position aboard one of their highly acclaimed cruise ships.   • Excellent knowledge of pastry techniques and recipes
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pastry shop
  • Train, supervise, support, and evaluate pastry personnel
  • Coordinate the set-up of pastry displays in buffet areas
  • Prepare a variety of high-quality pastries and desserts
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Submit reports to the Corporate Pastry Chef
