Job Requirements
- education or training in culinary arts or related field
- minimum of 5 years experience in a senior kitchen management role
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
