Job Requirements

  • education or training in culinary arts or related field
  • minimum of 5 years experience in a senior kitchen management role
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
