Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a hospitality or culinary setting
- Strong background in hospitality with a focus on senior living or healthcare food service preferred
- Culinary certification or degree is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Leadership and team management abilities

Job Duties
- Oversee all culinary operations including menu planning food preparation and presentation ensuring high standards of quality and safety
- Develop and implement nutritious balanced and appealing menus tailored to the dietary needs of senior residents
- Manage kitchen staff including hiring training scheduling and performance evaluations
- Maintain compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
- Control food costs and manage inventory to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
- Collaborate with healthcare and activity teams to coordinate special events and themed dining experiences
- Ensure a positive dining environment that promotes resident satisfaction and well-being
- Stay current with culinary trends and incorporate innovative ideas into menu development
