Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or related field preferred
  • minimum of 5 years experience in a senior culinary leadership role
  • proven track record of managing food costs and kitchen budgets effectively
  • hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • valid food handler's certification or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as an executive chef or head chef in a high-volume hotel or restaurant setting
