By leveraging a combination of strategic investment, industry expertise, and a passion for live entertainment, Oak View Group has become a driving force behind the success and growth of the industry worldwide. The company’s commitment to diversity, innovation, and exceptional service underscores its leadership position and ongoing expansion.
The role of Executive Chef at Truth Music Venue is an exciting leadership opportunity within OVG’s dynamic food and beverage division. This position is responsible for the full spectrum of culinary operations at the venue, overseeing everything from innovative menu development and food preparation to managing kitchen staff, maintaining high food quality standards, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Executive Chef will play a vital role in crafting the culinary experience for diverse audiences, including concertgoers, VIP guests, and private event attendees.
As a senior member of the venue's team, the Executive Chef collaborates closely with venue leadership and the Food & Beverage Director to synchronize culinary offerings with the unique demands of a live entertainment environment. This includes catering to special events, VIP experiences, and large concert crowds while maintaining operational efficiency, controlling costs, and managing inventory effectively. Beyond the kitchen, the Executive Chef fosters a positive, team-focused work environment that promotes safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
This full-time leadership role offers an annual salary range of $95,000 to $110,000, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses. The successful candidate will benefit from comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) savings plan with company matching contributions, and generous paid time off including vacation days, sick days, and 11 paid holidays. The opportunity promises not only a competitive salary package but also a chance to contribute to one of the most innovative and respected live entertainment companies in the world.
Oak View Group is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all team members feel valued and empowered to bring their best selves to work. Candidates who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume culinary environments and who are passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences are encouraged to apply. This position remains open until October 30, 2026, ensuring ample opportunity for qualified culinary professionals to join the OVG family and make a lasting impact.
