You will recruit, train, and mentor a dedicated back-of-house team, fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and operational efficiency. Your leadership will be critical in building future kitchen leaders who can help support the restaurant’s growth trajectory, potentially advancing into multi-unit or corporate development roles within the group.

Maintaining rigorous cleanliness and compliance standards is essential in this position. You will implement and enforce strict kitchen sanitation protocols and ensure full compliance with health department regulations. The Executive Chef will guarantee that the kitchen is always inspection-ready, organized, and operates smoothly. With a strong emphasis on operational discipline and scalability, this role is designed for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences while managing a thriving restaurant operation.
