Responsibilities encompass leading the culinary team in developing seasonal and trend-forward offerings, collaborating closely with beverage leadership on food and cocktail pairings, and ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and flawless execution across all dining and event experiences.

Beyond culinary innovation, the Executive Chef will manage banquet operations for weddings, corporate functions, social gatherings, and VIP events, designing profitable menus and customizable event packages. They will foster a dynamic and positive kitchen culture by recruiting, training, mentoring, and inspiring culinary staff, building a workplace that values accountability, creativity, and respect. Financial stewardship is also critical, with the Executive Chef managing food and labor costs, purchasing, inventory controls, and building systems that optimize profitability without compromising quality. Compliance with sanitation, safety, and regulatory standards is mandatory, as is leveraging guest feedback and profit and loss analysis to continuously improve the restaurant's performance.

Ideal candidates are both creative culinary artists and strong business operators, adept at people development and cost control, possessing a passion for hospitality and innovation.
