Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in catering or event kitchen management
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong leadership presence and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
  • High level of professionalism and energy
  • Knowledge of current culinary trends and techniques

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a catering or high-volume event environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee kitchen operations and food preparation
  • Develop and plan menus for a variety of events
  • Manage and train kitchen staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Coordinate with event planners to meet client requirements
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
